What to Do After an Accident Tow with Autotow Services

If your vehicle has been involved in an accident and towed by Autotow Services, here's what you need to know:

Where Is My Vehicle?

Your vehicle has most likely been taken to one of our secure holding yards:

37 Sarich Court, Osborne Park (Main Office)
29A Collingwood Street, Osborne Park
1 Sequoia Place, Bibra Lake

The exact yard location will be listed on the Tow Authority form provided to you at the accident scene. Please check this document for details.

Collecting Personal Belongings

You are welcome to collect your personal items from the vehicle Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 3:30pm. No appointment is necessary during these hours.

If You Are Insured

Lodge a claim with your insurer or the insurer of the at-fault driver.
Send your claim number to Autotow Services as soon as possible.

Once we receive your claim number, we may begin liaising directly with your insurer on your behalf.

Important: Failure to lodge a claim or provide a claim number in a timely manner may result in you being held liable for ongoing storage fees.

If You Are Uninsured

As per the Department of Transport Government Towing Regulations, the full towing fee must be paid prior to the release of your vehicle.
